As an Iowa State University graduate with a degree in Finance, Gil Rabin brings a unique blend of expertise and leadership to Femme Capital Partners. Gil, brings more than 30 years of financial experience from areas that include: mortgage lending, underwriting, real estate, and healthcare.

Gil, recently co-owned a healthcare company, where he served as COO. Gil was instrumental in its operational and strategic growth that lead to a successful sale. After the sale of his company, Gil decided to return to his 1st love, the mortgage industry. This is where Gil can best serve his clients.

Gil has built a reputation for his strategic approach and ability to find financial solutions that others may overlook. His depth of knowledge allows him to guide clients through traditional home financing to complex investment properties and specialized loan structures.

In his downtime, he likes to stay active—hiking, working out, and playing sports—and enjoys traveling and spending time with his loyal dog, Vegas.
